Courtney was exceptional at guiding me through the process of the sale of a home. Worked very diligently to quickly sell the property (1 month). Had a complete understanding of all the pitfalls of selling a home and helped me solve them. Provided me an acceptable offer. Understood the complexity of the sale with a co-signer out of the country, solar power panel transfer and she was very patient with me also.

Call us crazy but we decided to buy a house remotely without even setting foot in it. Courtney was our trusted eyes and counsel during this process. Thanks to her leg work and the very detailed videos she gathered for us we were able to stay away from the houses that were not right for us and ended up finding our perfect home. She did not spare any effort, going to the same houses multiple times to make sure we had the best videos possible under every angle. Subsequently she made the purchase process a breeze. Once we finally stepped into our house there was no surprise at all, it was like she said it was and how we saw it through her lens. To the question: how much could you trust Courtney, the answer for us was entirely and we’re happy we did.

The Byrd team is the best!  They go above and beyond.  I have never had a realty team help make repairs to the house I was selling or show up and join the moving party.  The Byrds have a true servant mindset and attitude.  If they can....they will!!!!  They have my highest recommendation.
